1. Introduction

This Cookie Policy ("Cookie Policy") describes how DEALISM PTE. LTD. ("Dealism", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on our websites, web applications and services (the "Service"), and how you may manage your preferences. It supplements and should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, available at www.dealism.ai.

2. What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies?

A cookie is a small text file stored on your device (computer, tablet, mobile phone) by your browser when you visit a website. Cookies are used to make websites work, improve performance, remember preferences and – where allowed – measure audience or deliver advertising. For the purposes of this Cookie Policy, "cookies" also covers similar technologies such as pixels / tracking pixels (e.g. Meta Pixel), local storage, session storage, IndexedDB, software development kits (SDKs), device fingerprinting and server-side tracking events, insofar as they allow recognition of a device or individual.

3. Categories of Cookies We Use

We classify cookies into four categories, aligned with the ANPD Cookie Guide (May 2024):

  • Strictly necessary cookies (always active, no consent required): essential for authentication, security, session management, load balancing and fraud prevention. Without them the Service cannot operate.
  • Functional cookies (consent required): remember preferences such as language, country and UI choices to provide a personalized experience.
  • Analytical / performance cookies (consent required): measure audience, navigation patterns and feature usage to improve the Service (e.g. Google Analytics 4).
  • Advertising / marketing cookies (consent required): allow us and our partners to measure advertising effectiveness, build audiences and deliver targeted advertising (e.g. Meta Pixel, Google Ads tags).

4. Detailed List of Cookies

Names and durations may change as our sub-processors update their implementations; the authoritative, real-time list is available through our consent manager at www.dealism.ai/cookies.

5. Third-Party Providers and International Transfers

By enabling non-essential cookies, you acknowledge that data collected through them will be shared with the following third-party providers, who may in turn process that data outside Brazil:

  • Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC – Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, DoubleClick. Data may be transferred to the United States. Dealism has enabled IP anonymization in GA4 and set a 2-month data retention window.
  • Meta Platforms Ireland Limited / Meta Platforms, Inc. – Meta Pixel, Conversions API. Data may be transferred to the United States. Dealism uses Limited Data Use (LDU) mode with the "dpo_country=BR" signal where applicable.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. – CDN, security, bot management; essential cookies only; transfers may include the United States and European Union.
  • Stripe, Inc. and Stripe Pagamentos do Brasil Ltda. / DLOCAL LLP – payment processing (including PIX); minimal, essential cookies for fraud prevention.

International transfers rely on the legal bases set out in Section 8 of the Privacy Policy, including ANPD-approved Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) under Resolution CD/ANPD No. 15/2024.

6. Consent and How to Manage Your Cookies

Principle of equivalence — Accept All vs. Reject All

On your first visit, you will see a consent banner with three options of equivalent visual weight: "Accept all", "Reject all" and "Manage preferences". Before you make a choice, only strictly necessary cookies are loaded. Non-essential tags — including Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel — are blocked until you affirmatively opt in. Pre-ticked boxes are not used.

6.1 Withdrawing or changing consent

You can withdraw or change your consent at any time by clicking the "Cookie preferences" link available in the footer of every page of www.dealism.ai, or via your account settings. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to the withdrawal.

6.2 Browser-level controls

Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies via their settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Service from functioning.

6.3 Opt-out tools for third-party trackers

7. "Do Not Track" and Global Privacy Control

Where technically feasible, we honour browser-transmitted opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) and "Do Not Track" (DNT) for non-essential cookies, treating them as a withdrawal of consent.

8. Children and Adolescents

The Service is directed to persons aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly use advertising cookies to profile individuals known to be minors. Where a user is identified as a minor aged 13–17, non-essential cookies are set only with verifiable parental or guardian authorization, in the best interest of the minor.

9. Changes to this Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, for instance when we add or remove trackers, or when regulatory guidance changes. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document reflects the date of the latest version; material changes will be highlighted in the consent banner for at least 30 days.

10. Contact

For questions, requests or complaints about cookies or this Cookie Policy, please contact privacy@dealism.ai. You may also contact the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) at gov.br/anpd.
