THE STORY IN BRIEF

The story in numbers

  • 1M+ cumulative views on the collaboration Reel.

  • Her most-viewed Reel in 30 days, according to the project team.

  • An account record for comments, according to the project team.

One familiar workout. One free-course invitation. A Comment-to-DM flow ready for interested viewers. The collaboration Reel passed 1M views, with a 30-day viewing high and record comments reported by Paula’s team.

The challenge: a big audience, a team stretched thin

Paula Aquilan knew how to get people moving. The Brazilian fitness creator and personal trainer had built an Instagram audience of 304,000 followers, sharing practical workouts and everyday routines.

She also had offers beyond the feed: online training, a 15-day fitness challenge, and other fitness products. But sales were below expectations, and recent views and comments were slowing.

The original account review showed the gap. In a sample of 30 Reels, three pinned hits accounted for 99.4% of sampled views. The other 27 recent Reels had a median of 3,643 views. Her past hits were doing most of the heavy lifting.

Those breakout posts also shared a useful pattern: a simple workout demonstration and an invitation to move from a comment into a private conversation. Many newer posts stopped at asking people to save or follow.

Paula knew what she wanted to try. Her team did not have the capacity to put it all together. Choosing a free resource, writing the invitation, and configuring replies kept competing with the work of running the business.

That was where Dealism came in. We helped turn one idea into a working campaign.

Step 1: give viewers a reason to comment

We started with a format her audience already knew: a short workout using a wall and a mat. Then we helped connect it to a free course video.

The invitation was specific: “Comente EU QUERO” — “Comment I WANT IT.” Interested viewers knew what to ask for and what they would receive.

What we helped put in place

  • A relevant offer: a free course connected to the workout.

  • A clear invitation: one short keyword viewers could comment.

  • A prepared next step: a DM with the course link.

The workout stayed at the center of the post. The free course gave people who wanted more somewhere to go.

Connect a relevant free resource to a keyword comment, then deliver the link in a private message.

Step 2: set up the comment reply, opening DM, and video delivery

Here is the Comment-to-DM configuration behind the invitation. The screenshot shows Paula’s Portuguese copy and the in-product preview of the conversation.

1. Let commenters know where to look

Public comment replies were enabled. The configured reply options included:

  • “Te mandei no direct 💛” — “I sent it to your DMs 💛”

  • “Já te enviei por mensagem 😊” — “I’ve already sent you a message 😊”

  • “Tá lá no seu direct 💕” — “It’s in your DMs 💕”

2. Open with one simple question

The opening DM asked: “Oi! Quer receber o vídeo de treino grátis? 💛” — “Hi! Want to receive the free workout video? 💛”

Below it was one button: “Quero o vídeo 💛” — “I want the video 💛.” Viewers had a clear way to continue.

3. Deliver the video, then offer a next step

In the preview, tapping the button is followed by a message with the free workout video link on YouTube. The same message then introduces Paula’s 15-day training program and includes its Hotmart link.

The order matters: provide the resource the viewer asked for first, then show where they can explore the longer program.

The configured path: comment EU QUERO → opening DM → tap “I want the video” → receive the workout link and an invitation to explore the 15-day program.

Our team helped with the invitation and setup. Dealism handled the configured reply and message steps, reducing reliance on sending each link by hand. This screenshot documents the settings and preview; it does not measure delivery, video views, or purchases.

The results: a familiar workout, a much bigger response

1M+ cumulative views; 30-day viewing high and record comments reported by the project team.
  • 1M+ cumulative views on the collaboration Reel.

  • Her highest viewing result in 30 days, as reported by the project team.

  • More comments than any previous post, as reported by the project team.

The difference was striking even within a familiar topic. The October 8 review recorded a similar wall-workout Reel at about 22,700 displayed views, compared with roughly one million for this Reel.

Viewers also responded to the invitation. In the readable sample, 52 of 54 audience comments expressed interest in receiving something or said “I want it.”

These are viewing and participation results, not a count of course buyers. The videos were published under different conditions, so the comparison does not isolate automation’s contribution to views.

Next: let AI handle the questions after the link

The course link can start a conversation. Someone may want to know what equipment they need, what the course covers, or how to join.

You do not need to map a long sequence for every possible question. With Dealism, you can keep the opening automation focused on the resource, then let a configured AI Customer Agent answer follow-up questions using approved business information.

Keep the setup focused

  • Automation delivers the opening: provide the promised resource.

  • The Agent follows the question: use the conversation and approved course details to respond.

  • Your team handles the exceptions: step in when human judgment is needed.

For a creator with several offers, this can help people understand the course that fits their needs without presenting a wall of options.

This is a next step available with Dealism. Agent continuation and sales outcomes have not been verified in Paula’s campaign.

KEEP THE CONVERSATION GOING

Try the approach with your next post

Paula already had the audience, the content, and an idea worth trying. Help with the offer and setup made it possible to put that idea into action. The collaboration Reel then went on to pass one million views.

Start with three decisions

  1. Pick one useful resource. A lesson, guide, or checklist that naturally continues your post.

  2. Make the invitation clear. Tell viewers what they will receive and what to comment.

  3. Prepare the response. Configure the DM, test the link, and decide how follow-up questions will be handled.

You can start with one post. Give the interest it creates a clear next step.

About the numbers

Background: September 9, 2026 public-channel review, including 304K followers and a 30-Reel sample. Campaign review: October 8, 2026, approximately 1M displayed views and about 22,700 on a similar wall-workout Reel. Views are cumulative, not unique viewers; the Instagram/Facebook split is unavailable. The 30-day ranking, comment record, team-capacity constraint, and sales context were supplied by the project team. The 54 comments are a readable sample, not a count of recipients or buyers. No controlled test or verified DM-delivery, course-access, revenue, or time-saving measurements are available.
