Inbox:

The Inbox lets you manage customer conversations across WhatsApp, Instagram, Live Chat, and other connected channels using Copilot or Autopilot modes.

If you connected multiple channels to Dealism, you can use the channel filters to switch between conversations from all of your connected platforms, including WhatsApp and Instagram, for easier customer management inside the Inbox.

Message Options: Send text, voice messages, images, videos, and links directly in the Inbox. The Generate button helps create AI-powered replies for faster customer communication.

Customer:

The Customer module centralizes customer conversations from channels like WhatsApp and Instagram. You can manage messages, reply to customers, and use AI Sales Agents through Copilot or Autopilot modes.

During the process of the Sales Agent assisting in sales and generating recommended replies, it will:

(1) Analyze the current sales progress of the customer.

(2) Analyze the customer’s needs and select the appropriate reply strategy.

(3) Identify additional knowledge content that can be supplemented during the sales process.

(4) Independently learn reusable sales experience and insights during practice sessions.

In addition, the Sales Agent offers two simulation modes: Copilot and Autopilot.

When Copilot mode is enabled, you need to click the Generate button for the Sales Agent to create a recommended reply.

When Autopilot mode is enabled, the Sales Agent will automatically generate and send recommended replies whenever the Demo Customer responds.
