
Register, Create & Practice Your Sales Agent

How to register and get a free trial?
Visit Dealism’s registration page at dealism.ai/register, and sign up with your email or Google account to create a new account. You will receive a 3-day free trial. During the trial period, you can generate up to 100 AI Responses in the Dealism Inbox module.

Tips: If you do not see the verification email in your Inbox after signing up with your email address, please check your Spam folder. If it is still not found, you may try resending the verification email.


Create Your First Sales Agent in 3 Minutes
Visit the Dealism login page at dealism.ai/login and sign in with your newly registered account. You will be directed to the page for creating your Sales Agent:
1.Go to the Create your Agent section, fill in and submit the basic information for your Sales Agent, including the Agent name, avatar, brand, product/service scope, and the sales objectives you expect the Sales Agent to achieve during conversations.

2.Authorize chat history or upload files/URLs to enable your Agent’s first self-learning (1) Go to the Self Learning from Your Conversations section, enable the WhatsApp QR code scanning feature (in the app, go to the Settings module at the top-right corner and click the QR code icon to switch to QR code authorization). After scanning the QR code, click the Start Learning button. Your Sales Agent will begin learning autonomously from the chat history you authorized.

(2) During the QR code authorization step, click Skip to proceed to the section for uploading files and URLs for the Agent to learn from. You can provide URLs or upload files for the Sales Agent to study autonomously. Click the Start Learning button, and your Sales Agent will begin learning sales-related content from the authorized chat history.

Tips:
The Sales Agent will learn from the uploaded Excel files and organize the content into an FAQ. Please ensure that the uploaded files follow the format provided in the Excel template.
Practice Your Agent with a Demo Customer
Once your Sales Agent is created, you can practice sales conversations with a Demo Customer in the Playground module. During the practice, Dealism will proactively identify content that needs to be learned, automatically consolidate sales strategies, and prompt you to supplement any knowledge that may be required during the sales process.

Currently, in the Playground, you can role-play conversations between the Sales Agent and a Demo Customer. During practice, the Sales Agent supports two modes: Copilot and Autopilot.
(1) Copilot Mode: In Copilot mode, the Sales Agent analyzes the progress of the current sales task and the customer’s current needs. Using sales strategies and relevant knowledge, it automatically generates recommended replies in the message input box. The Demo Customer will only receive the message after you click Send, and then respond accordingly.

In Copilot mode, if a historical message does not meet your expectations, you can regenerate it or directly edit it. After editing a historical message, the Sales Agent will learn from the modified content.

(2) Autopilot Mode: In Autopilot mode, the Sales Agent automatically sends the generated recommended replies directly to the Demo Customer.

Connect Your WhatsApp
When creating a Sales Agent, if you have already authorized a WhatsApp account, the Inbox will automatically connect to the authorized account. You can then view the contacts from the authorized WhatsApp account in the Inbox and start new conversations with them.

If you have not authorized a WhatsApp account when creating a Sales Agent, you can scan the QR code in the Channels section to authorize your WhatsApp account. Afterward, you can use the Inbox to start new conversations with the contacts from your WhatsApp account.
