Good to know

High-intent signals can help you prioritize follow-ups, but they don’t guarantee a purchase. Review the customer’s conversation and context before deciding the next step.

Overview

DealOnca can help you identify customers who are showing stronger buying signals across your conversations.

Instead of reviewing every conversation manually, you can use conversation reports, customer activity, Support Needed cases, and recent engagement to find customers who may be ready for a follow-up.

Ask DealOnca to find high-intent customers

Start by asking DealOnca to analyze your recent customer conversations.

For example:

“Find my high-intent customers.”

“Who should I follow up with?”

“Who is asking about pricing or next steps?”

“Who looks ready to book a consultation?”

DealOnca can review conversation patterns and help surface customers showing relevant intent signals.

Look for buying signals

High-intent customers may show signals such as asking about pricing, availability, purchasing, scheduling, or what they need to do next.

Repeated engagement and detailed questions about how your product or service applies to their situation can also indicate stronger interest.

Treat these signals as useful context rather than a guarantee that someone will purchase.

Use performance reports

Ask DealOnca for a report covering your recent conversations.

For example:

“Generate a report for the last 7 days.”

“Summarize this week’s customer activity.”

Reports can help you review conversation activity, funnel progress, customer insights, and recommended next steps.

Each report can cover up to 7 days of conversation history. Use multiple date ranges when you need to review a longer period.

Review Support Needed conversations

Support Needed conversations are another useful place to look for customers who require attention.

These conversations may include customers asking questions your Agent cannot answer or situations that require human involvement.

Open the conversation, review its context, and determine whether a personal follow-up is appropriate.

A Support Needed conversation does not automatically mean the customer has high purchase intent, so review the actual conversation before prioritizing it.

Review customers in Contacts

Go to Contacts to review individual customer activity and conversation context.

Use recent activity and available customer insights to understand what the customer has discussed, where the conversation currently stands, and what the next action could be.

This can help you distinguish active opportunities from customers who are still gathering information.

Review Instagram engagement

If Instagram is connected, customer conversations and engagement can provide additional context about interest.

Use DealOnca to help review relevant customer interactions and identify people asking specific product, service, pricing, or purchasing questions.

Combine engagement signals with conversation context before deciding who needs follow-up.

Follow up with promising customers

Once you’ve identified a customer worth following up with, open the conversation in Inbox and review the history and AI summary.

You can switch the conversation to Copilot when you want to personally manage the interaction while still using your Agent for suggested responses.

If the customer needs a follow-up later, you can also use DealOnca to create a scheduled task.

Build a repeatable workflow

Use DealOnca regularly to review recent conversations, identify meaningful intent signals, and determine which customers may need attention.

Combine these insights with Contacts, Inbox, and Support Needed conversations rather than relying on a single signal.

This gives you a clearer view of where each customer is in their journey and where a human follow-up may be most useful.
