Good to know
Buying signals can help you prioritize customers, but they don’t guarantee a purchase. Review each customer’s conversation and context before deciding whether to follow up, use Copilot, or take over personally.
Overview
Dealism can help you identify customers who are showing stronger buying signals so you can decide who may need your attention or a follow-up.
You can review Support Needed conversations, use DealOnca to analyze recent activity, or check customer context and recommended next steps in Contacts.
Check Support Needed
Start by reviewing conversations marked Support Needed in Inbox.
These conversations require human attention and may include customers asking questions the Agent cannot confidently handle, requesting a human, or reaching a point that requires your input.
Support Needed does not automatically mean a customer has high intent, so review the conversation before deciding how to follow up.
Ask DealOnca to find high-intent customers
You can ask DealOnca to review conversations for signs of stronger buying intent.
For example, ask:
“Find my high-intent leads.”
DealOnca can help surface customers whose conversations contain relevant buying signals and provide context for deciding what to do next.
Generate a recent report
Ask DealOnca to generate a report for a recent period, such as:
“Generate a report for the last 7 days.”
Use the report to review customer activity, conversation patterns, funnel progress, and potential next actions.
DealOnca reports can cover up to 7 days of conversation history at a time.
Review recent contacts
Go to Contacts and use recent activity filters, such as Last 3 days, to focus on customers who recently interacted with your business.
Open a contact to review their conversation history, AI summary, sales journey progress, and recommended next actions.
Look for buying signals
Buying signals can include questions about pricing, availability, scheduling, purchasing, or how to get started.
Repeated engagement, detailed questions about a customer’s specific situation, and continued follow-up questions can also provide useful context.
These signals can help prioritize your review, but they do not guarantee that a customer will purchase.
Decide the next action
Once you identify a customer who may need attention, open their conversation and review the complete context.
You can continue with Autopilot, switch to Copilot to review AI-generated suggestions, or turn Autopilot OFF and respond personally.
If the customer needs a follow-up later, you can also ask DealOnca to create a scheduled task.
Keep reviewing customer intent
Customer intent can change as a conversation develops.
Use DealOnca, Contacts, Inbox, and Support Needed together rather than relying on a single signal. Review the actual conversation before deciding which customers to prioritize and what action to take next.
