Pending means the commission was tracked

A Pending commission has been recorded but has not completed the confirmation period. It is not the same as a missing referral.

The confirmation period is at least 7 days

Dealism keeps each commission Pending for at least 7 days. If the related payment remains successful and eligible, the commission can then become Confirmed.

Why it may not become Confirmed

A commission will not confirm if the related payment is refunded, reversed, or otherwise made ineligible under the Affiliate Programme Terms. The US$50 payout threshold does not control whether an individual commission confirms; it controls when the confirmed balance becomes eligible for the payout process.

What to do if it stays Pending

Check the date of the related payment and allow the full confirmation period. If the commission remains Pending beyond that period, contact Dealism support with your account email, the referred customer's account email, and the payment date. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.
