Check which reward is missing

First identify whether you expected invitation Credits, a content reward, or cash commission. Each route has a different qualifying event and appears on a different schedule.

Invitation credit checks

• Confirm that the friend signed up through your complete personal referral link.

• Confirm that they completed their first eligible channel connection.

• Check that you are viewing the same Dealism account that owns the referral link.

A signup alone does not complete the invitation-credit requirement.

Subscription commission checks

• Confirm that the customer first visited through your activated link.

• Confirm that the eligible paid subscription was completed within the 60-day attribution window.

• Confirm that the subscription payment succeeded and was not refunded, reversed, or otherwise made ineligible.

• If the commission is visible as Pending, it is tracked and is waiting through the confirmation period.

Contact support with the right details

If the referral still does not appear, contact Dealism Support and ask for a manual review. Include your Dealism account email, the referral link you shared, the referred customer's account email, and the approximate signup, channel-connection, or payment date. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.
