Self Learning is currently in Beta
The setting appears only for accounts with access. Results require relevant conversation history and should be reviewed before they are applied to an Agent.
What Self Learning does
Self Learning is Dealism's Beta learning capability. When it is enabled, Dealism continues learning from historical and new conversations available in the account and prepares results that can help improve your Agent.
The current learning areas include:
Sales approaches: reusable follow-up methods, conversion strategies, and response patterns found in effective conversations.
Seller Voice: the account's style, tone, and commonly used expressions from real conversations.
Knowledge gaps: information that was missing when the Agent replied, so your team can add the facts customers need.
Self Learning currently uses one master switch. You cannot enable or disable the learning areas separately. The feature appears only for accounts with Self Learning Beta access.
Turn on Self Learning
Log in to Dealism and open Dashboard.
Under Core Setup, find Self Learning. A Beta label and a switch appear on the card.
Select the switch.
In the confirmation dialog, select Turn on.

After the setting is saved, Dealism begins learning from conversations. Results are not necessarily immediate: the account needs relevant conversation history, and a report appears only after Dealism identifies a useful sales approach, Seller Voice pattern, or knowledge gap.
Review new learning results
Return to Dashboard and find Self Learning Report under Tasks.
Check the number on the right. It shows how many new learning results have not been viewed.
Select Self Learning Report.
Review the latest results in DealOnca. On desktop, they appear in the DealOnca panel on the right. On mobile, the entry opens the DealOnca page.
Confirm that a proposed tactic, voice pattern, or knowledge update accurately reflects your business before approving or applying it.

Opening the report marks the current unread results as viewed, so the number may decrease or return to zero. A zero means there are no new unread results; it does not mean that previous learning was deleted.
When a result identifies missing business information, add or update the source in Knowledge. See How the Knowledge Base works and Add your knowledge.
Turn off Self Learning or troubleshoot access
To stop learning from new conversations, return to Dashboard and turn off the Self Learning switch. Existing learning results remain available; disabling the feature only stops future learning.
If Self Learning is missing: the Beta is shown only to accounts with access. Confirm that you are using the correct Dealism account and workspace.
If the setting does not save: refresh Dashboard and try again. If it still fails, note the account, time, and error message, then contact Dealism Support.
Self Learning can improve guidance, but it does not replace review. Test important changes before relying on them in customer conversations. See Test before going live.
Frequently asked questions
How long does Self Learning take to produce results?
There is no fixed processing time. Dealism needs enough relevant conversation history and creates a result only when it identifies a useful sales approach, Seller Voice pattern, or knowledge gap. If the unread count is zero, there may simply be no new result yet.
Does Self Learning use both past and new conversations?
Yes. After you enable it, Self Learning can learn from historical and new conversations available in the account.
Can I enable only one learning area?
No. Self Learning currently has one master switch for sales approaches, Seller Voice, and knowledge gaps. The learning areas cannot be turned on or off separately.
What happens if I turn Self Learning off?
Dealism stops creating new learning results from future conversations. Results that were already created remain available.
Why can’t I see Self Learning or a new report?
Self Learning is currently available only to accounts with Beta access. First confirm that you are in the correct Dealism account and workspace. If the feature is enabled but no report appears, continue using the account until there are enough relevant conversations to learn from. If the switch does not save or the issue continues, contact Dealism Support and include your account, workspace, approximate time, and any error message.
