DealOnca works behind the customer conversation
DealOnca assists the person using Dealism. It is not the customer-facing Agent, and your team should review its prepared work before relying on it.
DealOnca at a glance
DealOnca is the AI assistant built into Dealism. It helps the people using the product work with the Agents, approved business information, and customer conversations already inside their workspace.
DealOnca is not the customer-facing AI Customer Agent. Your customer talks to the selected Agent in a supported conversation; your team works with DealOnca to prepare and understand the context behind that conversation.
How DealOnca helps your team
Agent training: turn plain-language direction about role, objective, tone, qualification, and handoff boundaries into a setup your team can review.
Knowledge parsing: organize supplied files, links, products, services, policies, and other business information into clearer knowledge for review.
Conversation summaries: condense a long thread into the customer goal, known details, unresolved questions, and a useful next step.
Customer insights: help surface context such as customer intent and follow-up opportunities from the conversations available in the workspace.
DealOnca starts from the workspace context and information your business provides. Keep exceptions, sensitive decisions, policy changes, and final approval with a person.

How to get a useful result
Choose one task. Ask for training, knowledge organization, a summary, or an insight instead of combining unrelated jobs.
Provide the source or context. Name the Agent, conversation, file, URL, or business rule DealOnca should use.
State the desired output. Explain whether you want a concise summary, a proposed training change, organized knowledge, or a next-step list.
Review before using. Confirm that names, prices, policies, tone, and boundaries reflect your business.
A useful first request is specific: “Summarize this conversation, list what the customer needs, identify the open question, and suggest the next step.” To begin, see Start a conversation with DealOnca.
